• I can't see the animation on this site?
It is most likely that you have not installed the Flash and Shockwave Plugins. Please follow the link to download these pluggins.

Although we have created most of this site for a Shockwave Player, if you do not wish to install plugin you can still visit the non-flash version of this site.

• I have flash but I still can't see any animation?
Many of the files take from a few seconds to a few minutes to download. It is possible that the file is still downloading. Please be patient.

If after a few minutes you cannot even see a holding page for a game, then it possible that there was a transmission problem over the internet. If you have a dial-up connection, perhaps you received a phone call part way through the transmission which has stopped the download. Possibly there was a jam in the system along the way either from our server or your service provider.

Kindly click 'Refresh' on your browser to try again.

If the problem persists please drop a note to our webmaster.

• The Video is fuzzy and difficult to see
Although we have provided a few ways to view video, streaming video over the internet is still in its early stages. We have done our best to try and stream video in relatively small files, relatively quickly. As a result the image may not be perfect.

If you have a slow dial-up connection 33.6K or less, it is likely that you will not see a clear image.

Try downloading the video again. If you continue to experience problems please send a note to webmaster

• When I try and watch the video I get a message that reads: Net Congestion.
At times the website is extremely busy. You may not be able to download the video at that time, we suggest coming back at a less active time and attempt to download the video then.
